Bug Fixes

• The output video buffer to Spout (the one used for OBS captures) no longer pauses when the window is minimized. Feel free to tuck the app away and forget it's running!

• Roll preview background color setting
  • Allows setting the color shown behind the Toaken Roll Preview so that users can chroma key the preview for capturing if Sprout is not an option. Looking at you @CodeWonderland...
